World Series 2008.
There will be up to 77 of the world’s best divers in action over the two days in what should be the highest calibre of diving competition ever held in Britain. Last year, those taking part featured two Olympic Champions, four additional Olympic medallists, 12 World Champions and 24 World Championship medallists.
We are organising a trip to the World Series, please check out the notice boards....a chance to see Thomas Daly before the Olympics - limit of 50 people for the coach !!
G Star 2008 Rankings and Team points.
Overall Team winners were the City of Sheffield Diving Club. Top Coach winner - Charly Tomykys - well done Charly - hope you enjoy the bubbly! The special new G-Star Trophy - Top Diver of the Meet - nominated by the coaches - was won by Ashton Hall of Sheffield.

National Age Group Championships 2008.
Harrogate District Diving Club produced some fantastic performances at the ASA National Age Group Championships earlier this month, returning from Southampton with its biggest ever medal haul from a National Championships, with twelve medals across the boards and a host of Personal Best scores.
"It was really great to see every diver in this year’s team perform to a high standard,” said Damian Ball, Head Coach and the council’s Head of Diving Development. “The divers have been working hard in training and it definitely showed in their results at a major National Championships. Twelve medals is a tremendous achievement and proves that our club is right up there with the best in Britain.”
